>For Aligarians, Tea is the drink of all moments and times. If they want to celebrate, they have Tea. If they are unhappy about something, they have Tea. If they want to tell you something, it will be over a cup of Tea. If two disputing parties want to reach a consensus, it will happen on a Tea table. Even if they are vvvvvery busy, you can catch them catching up with their cup of Tea.
I was browsing and found the following beautiful poem on tea.
A poem over a cup of tea………

Meri labon ki talab hai ye chai,
meri zubaan ki chahat hai chai,
mere khoon mei josh bhare ye chai,
mere armanon ko hosh de ye chai,
Doston k sath jashn ka zarya hai chai,
baaton ki kashti mei sawar hone ka darya hai chai,
toote badan ko rahat deti ye chai,
pareshan aur tang zehan ki shafaat ye chai,
nazar na lage kisi ki, mere dosto ko kabhi,
sada roshan rahe ye chaman aur peete rahe ham ye chai!!
